We visit a traditional cevichería for a fresh ocean-inspired tasting, then switch gears with crispy fried yucas and soft mochis in Japanese-Peruvian hotspots.
We’ll stroll through a bustling local market to try exotic fruits, chat with vendors, and see how Lima eats from the inside out. Then we’re off to Chinatown, where a hidden kitchen awaits with hand-folded sui mai (dumplings!) and bold Cantonese-Peruvian flavors.
