Peruvian Cooking Experience

Peru is shaped by 3 main regions, The Coast, The Andes, and the Amazon Rainforest. Each with a different landscape, food and culture.

In this hands-on cooking class, you will first go to a local market to buy all the ingredients to prepare your favorite dishes. As you stroll through the “ puestos” local farmers will show you our best and fresh ingredients. Then back to the kitchen you will begin your cooking class and learn how to make Peru’s national dish “Ceviche”, our classic “Lomo Saltado” as well as the famous Cocktail Pisco Sour.

Plus, we offer the option to personalize your experience with dishes from the Andes and the Amazon. Explore the rich flavors of Peru while uncovering the stories behind each dish!
